Yes, it would. The COSMOS isn’t a particularly thrilling Android device that won’t be “shaking up” or “disrupting” any markets, offering a relatively standard 3.2″ 320 x 480 capacitive touchscreen and 5megapixel autofocus camera (without flash). Although its use of the underground 624MHz Marvell PXA935 processor instead of the commonplace 528MHz Qualcomms that power most Android phones might make it worth a bit of a play with, should you ever see one in a shop.
