That’s very near a DOUBLING of traffic on the Android Market in the space of two months, according to data provided by annoying-but-necessary mobile advertising provider AdMob. You know AdMod – it provides those little text boxes we are all now perfectly attuned to ignore.

AdMod records the number of ad requests its system generates, meaning this leap has come about through more people downloading and using ad-supported apps via the Android market. It’s a pure, undeniable measure of Android’s lightning-fast growth and the way Android phone users are WELL INTO mucking about and installing apps.
