On sale “now” if you live in America, or the UK, Hong Kong or Singapore. Google has even set up a custom shop and web store for the device, located at www.google.com/phone – you’ll only be able to buy it SIM-free or with a T-Mobile contract at the moment, though, but Google said Verizon (US) and Vodafone (Europe/UK) will be joining up to offer subsidised contracts soon.
And it’s LIVE NOW.
The rumours were pretty much on the money – get a Nexus for $529 SIM-free in the US, or $179 with a contract from T-Mobile via the Google Web Store. The web store now lets you add a Nexus One to your shopping basket and indeed specify your choice of custom engraving message .
Google goes into much more detail about its new Web Store over at the Official Google Blog.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
