For a staggeringly low fee of $25, iSites lets you use its web interface (!) to create your very own simple app, which will be produced so it’s compatible with both the Android Market and Apple’s up-and-coming (ahem) App Store – with iSites even promising to take care of that oft-troubling App Store approval process for Apple fans.
According to TechCrunch today, users can pay a premium of $99 to have their app include AdMob advertising, so you can pretty much set yourself up as a global Android Market/App Store app-spammer in about half an hour.
iSites is up and running for iPhone right now, with the Android version currently in beta testing – and expected in a few weeks.
We are slightly worried that the torrent of rubbish currently clogging up the Android Market may now be about to be instantly – and massively – worse, literally overnight. Although at least iSites only offers simple RSS feed formatting tools, so it ought to create a lightweight and inoffensive end product.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.

/ September 9, 2010This article suggests that you have an initial outlay of $25 and then $99 but it fails to mention the monthly fee aswell……………it isn’t so great when you start adding them up
