Android’s camera system is definitely the format’s weakest link, with early versions of the OS featuring terribly basic, slow and glitchy snapper options, and very few effects options – and later builds not doing a much better job of it, to be honest.
Which is why we’re glad cool pic-editing tools like Vignette exist – to liven up our Android phone photos no end. Here’s a look at the app in action:
It turns even the poorest-lit and dullest party photo into a classic. Will make last night look like you were so A-List there was a professional snapper in attendance. Coffee table stuff. Brilliant.



INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
