Location-based app WHERE has “rolled out” a 1.8.8 update of its GPS-enabled social thing, enhancing its offering of real-time place-based reviews, recommendations and money-saving tips on what to do when you’re visiting a place other people have been to.
At least they’re not using Starbucks and San Francisco in their promotional screenshots. We like them for that fact alone.
