Someone’s been very busy with the internal emails at Vodafone today, as following this morning’s arrival of the Nexus One on their site, there’s now a registration page up for the HTC Legend – along with an “April” launch date.
Here’s the proof. Our PC screen-capturing tool has never been worked harder than today:
Vodafone’s sure to be offering this one at a significant discount to the Nexus and Desire, what with its 3.2″ screen setting it in right the middle of today’s Android phone ranges. The Legend has MASS-MARKET DOMINATION written all over it. Metaphorically, of course, unless there’s an engraving option in which case it may be possible.
And this is the Vodafone page for the HTC Desire, which has also just popped into existence this afternoon. Vodafone UK stocking the Nexus AND the Desire AND the Legend? That’s Android MADNESS!
The once-pitiful Vodafone “Coming Soon” page has never looked better for wannabe Android upgraders.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.

/ May 25, 2010Purchased my Legend 2 nights ago and love it. Its everything i expected from all the reviews and videos I’ve seen. Bought the phone through Telstra who have exclusive rights to it for the first few months.
One thing that annoys me about that is that the phone appears to have their branding on it. Totally annoys the hell out of me. Want to remove it but I would most likely have to flash it.
If you got a HTC Legend, http://www.htclegendforum.com would be helpful source.
