Shall we pretend to know what “Push-To-Talk” is and what it means for the smartphone industry of today, or shall we just upload a photo of the Motorola i1 and say something dismissive and vaguely cynical about how ugly the thing looks?
That is a nice clock. We’ll give it that much.
It is, according to Motorola, the “the first iDEN device to carry the features of a modern smartphone” including but not limited to, a 3.1″ touchscreen, 5megapixel camera, wi-fi, a pre-loaded copy of the Opera Mini 5 browser, and will be coming to US network Sprint in the summer.
After hastily Googling “iDEN” we’ve come to the conclusion that this phone will not be coming to the UK or Europe, as we don’t have iDEN networks over here. You learn something new every day, eh?

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
