Featuring the same generic, inoffensive design that has made Dell the planet’s finest shifter of technology that comes in rectangular cases, the Dell Aero is unlikely to win any design awards when we look back upon 2010 with a wry, sideways glace.
But it’s got a 3.5″ touchscreen, so immediately finds itself sitting near the top-end of today’s Android phone offerings on size alone. Here are the headline specs that accompanied the announcement:
5 MP camera lets you share your life in a snap with integration into Flickr, Facebook, Picassa, YouTube and TwitPic
Watch media come to life on the 3.5″ nHD display
Stay connected with a variety of social networking apps including Facebook that is fully integrated into your phonebook and syncs events to your calendar!
PC like web browsing experience with Flash Lite support for streaming audio and video content
Connect to 20,000 AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots
Navigate using the onboard GPS system while talking hands-free

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
