Updated today is Ninja Tune XX Anniversary, the official Android app accompaniment of famed UK record label Ninja Tune. Letting users listen to clips of tunes from Ninja artists and join in with discussions from the label’s rabid fan base, it’s ideal if you’re young-ish and still going through your obsessed-about-music phase.
Here’s the description:
“Official Ninja Tune app, celebrating 20th anniversary! Listen to exclusive upcoming tracks and be the first to know about any upcoming live shows or special Ninja releases”
And here’s what it looks like:
The app, developed via the impressively-functional Mobile Roadie system, is free – and can be downloaded direct from the publisher’s site here if you’re in a region without direct Android Market support.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.

/ March 23, 2010Oh god, I don’t want to get in the whole heated QR Codes debate! I’ve seen that get UGLY on other sites.
I would put them up, if there was a way to make them link to the Android Market. All I can do at the moment is make them link to listings on the Market content scraper directories.
If you have any suggestions on how to do it, that’d be good.
