The Pulse is being offered as a pay-as-you-go deal, meaning once you’ve bought it you only need to top-up your credit with £10 a month to keep it going.

We’d imagine most visitors to T-Mobile today will be heading in to see if the HTC Desire is up for ordering yet (YES IT IS!), and they’re unlikely to be won over by the Pulse and its “entry level” charms. But still. It’s cheap and could help someone in need.
