Yes! We’re long-time users of various clipboard management tools on PC, with the way they conveniently backup all your CTRL+V text-copying action to a file for easy retrieval making life so much easier – and now there’s a decent clipboard tool on Android in the form of Clipper.
It’s a very simple app that stores all your clipboard activity to a text file, so there’s no need to worry about having to dig out something you copied earlier but copied something else over the top of – plus Clipper lets you edit your snippets within the list.
Version 1.0.2 supports Android 1.5 devices, lets you permanently ‘pin’ entries so they’re never deleted and generally cleans up the UI.
Not a glamorous-looking thing, but Clipper gets the job done – and will be a regular day-saver if you do a serious amount of text editing and general shuffling about of words and chunks of copy on your Android phone.
There’s a QR code for it over on the maker’s site.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
