Those of you wailing over T-Mobile’s delay of (some) deliveries of the HTC Desire – which it promised to have in Android fan hands by March 26 – should soon be a little happier.
On its rabble-calming Twitter account, T-Mobile UK today relayed the news that more HTC Desires are en route to the network at this very minute, and should be available in-store “within the next two days”.
Here it is, immortalised in JPEG form:
There’s an interesting problem with the Desires that T-Mobile users HAVE received – due to the phone not having “officially” launched yet, the phone’s not allowing users to access the full selection of apps on the Android Market, due to Google not having officially “signed” the device for full Market access.
It’ll sort itself out in the next few days once Google’s flipped a few switches and pulled a few levers backstage, so don’t panic if your new HTC Desire is missing a few of your favourite Market apps today.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
