REPORT: Enso ZenPad is “vaporware”

A quite superb bit of investigative reportage has just popped up on all-powerful tech blog Engadget, which is claiming quite confidently that the Enso ZenPad – which appeared for order last month – is little more than a scam.

The Engadget team tracks the history of the device, coming to the conclusion that the company currently selling them online never had a sizeable stock of the 5″ Android machines and is unlikely to be able to honour any orders it’s taken.

No wonder they were able to ship it around the world for a mere $25

enso zenpad delays

Basically, don’t touch this thing until units start arriving in people’s hands and is proven to actually be the product specified supplied for the price asked. It’s quite possibly all a clever mirage, although the hand-wringing apology on Enso’s blog suggests the units will indeed ship on May 8…

Oliver Lalonde and Alberto Armandi are two scam artist trying to convince people to not refund their items till after the 50 day paypal dispute limitation. This way customers cannot get their money back. These people have not delivered one item, and they don’t have the resources to even access this market- they are selling items they don’t have, or ever could have.

The Zenpad doesn’t exist….you can be sure of that.

BEWARE: YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY BACK IF YOU WAIT TILL THEIR STATED DELIVERY TIME!

Express your concerns to paypal and http://www.smit.com.cn/English/appeal.asp
