Yes, really, a new Android developer has just “gone there” and compiled a handy list of terms that help explain the events and terminology surrounding the Holocaust, so you can read up on horrific historical events between text messages and games of Flight Director.
Here’s the app’s description:
“When studying the Holocaust, one comes across numerous terms in many different languages. This Holocaust glossary is here to help you understand these terms. We have created a comprehensive A to Z Glossary of Terms to help navigate through this extremely heart breaking topic that must never be forgotten”
At least it’s not a paid-for app. If it was, it could generate the sort of scandal that might get on the proper TV news. Here are a few screenshots, so you can not believe your eyes:
Genuine attempt at providing an educational app, or yet another example of the endless stream of list-based text apps built to spam the Market? We’re going for the latter, as we don’t trust anyone.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
