This looks like a particularly shoddy piece of World Cup cash-in work, offering what appears to be a collection of RSS feeds of The Sun’s football-tagged sports content and a World Cup fixture list, accompanied by galleries of videos and photos of men scoring goals.
We’re being purposefully vague here as there’s no way on earth we’re paying £2.39 for a collection of sports-based RSS feeds with a ‘The Sun’ logo smeared across the top, especially as we suspect there’s likely to be ONE MILLION free competing World Cup apps popping up on the Android Market over the coming weeks.
Check out the description here. It looks like the app isn’t going to be the next money-making dream for the popular Mr Murdoch’s media empire – after four days on release it’s chalked up between “50 and 100″ downloads according to third-party Android Market data.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
