We rather like the sound of the technology behind StayHIP. It’s a new app from TravelClick, which lets users thumb through listings of quirky boutique hotels the world over – even going so far as to support in-app room reservations. Imagine how cool THAT would feel.
Here’s the official app description, which says you may even search for hotels by the “vibe” of the place. We’ll have somewhere “seedy” and “cheap” please:
StayHIP brings you the coolest boutique hotels in the world. View beautiful pictures of each hotel and book right in the app.

We assume StayHIP is going to be of most use to you if you’re a West Coast American HIPSTER with a personal daily Starbucks coffee budget in excess of $20, but it’s some impressive technology all the same.
