Samsung’s promotional YouTube channel currently features an enormous four-minute promotional film for its imminent Galaxy S Android phone, which features some astonishingly high production values.
The arty short film shows off numerous features of Samsung’s hot-looking new handset, highlighting many of the pre-installed apps it arrives with – like Layar, ThinkFree’s Office Mobile Android Edition, Swype and the omnipresent Google Maps Navigation.
Get yourself an over-priced bag of popcorn and enjoy.
Despite Samsung sending out press releases claiming that the Galaxy S has “launched” across Europe and around much of the DEVELOPED WORLD, we’re yet to see it anywhere. Third-party retailer Clove says the launch has been delayed until “the week commencing June 14″, while Play is sticking by its June 10 launch date for the unlocked & SIM-free version.
Oh, and Expansys says June 17. That doesn’t seem like a “launched” phone to us…

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
