T-Mobile UK is now pushing out the same HTC Desire update that went live last week over-the-air though its network, with T-Mo users being prompted to install the minor bug-fixing and occasional speed-enhancing Desire update. A few tweaks and a new YouTube app will be the biggest changes.
Once updated, your T-Mobile Desire should be on firmware number 1.21.110.4 if all has gone well, with the 110 signifying it’s a T-Mobile version OS. Here’s the stock image:
As ever, the roll out is appearing and spreading gradually – some T-Mobile Desire users have it already, while some are still reporting there’s nothing available yet through their handset. Be patient. It’s coming.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.

/ June 11, 2010In Sweden, it was possible to update manually (for a non branded HTC Desire), by going to Settings, About phone, System software updates, and tap “Check now” button.
