The well-connected chaps at Android & Me have pulled off quite an exclusive, managing to get their hands on a Motorola Droid 2. The marginally different iteration of the Android phone that took the US by STORM is rather well received, with a 1GHz processor and Android 2.1 running the show in impressive style.

And they go into an insane level of detail in the site’s feature, benchmarking the thing into oblivion – and finding that Droid 2 is an all-round significantly faster and more capable handset than the original. As you might expect.
