This graph here, compiled and distributed by mobile analysis firm Vision Mobile, shows a shock lead for Android over Apple – thanks to more developers having made products with Google’s super-accessible development system.
You’d expect that to be the case – the Android development tools are freely available on the internet for everyone to try, so it’s not much of a shock that every boffin in the world has, at some point or another, wasted a few hours over lunch tinkering with the Android app-making kit.
Whatever the reason for it, it’s good to see Android topping a chart. Even if it is a bit skewed. Link via Business Insider.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
