Online retailer Expansys, which is exclusively selling the Acer Stream in the UK, has put together a contract and calling plan for the new Android phone – letting users get it for “free” in return for signing up to a £30 per month tariff.
Your phone connection will be provided via Vodafone, and you’ll get 300 minutes of human chat time along with Vodafone’s larger 1GB data transfer allowance.
Not bad. Not great. Depends what the reviews of the Stream are like, to be honest. We’ve put in a request for a go on one, but that was 48 hours ago now and we’ve not heard back. We’re clearly still not on the A-List :(

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
