BEST DEALS: Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S for £364.49

This is such a good price we suspect it’s some sort of bizarre DATABASE ERROR, but still. If AffordableMobiles.co.uk honours this deal and will indeed put a Samsung Galaxy S in the post in return for £364.49 we think you’ll be onto a winner. A winner almost equivalent to winning the lottery.

Here it is. You can’t argue with the PRNT SCRN button:

samsung galaxy s deal

We did a dummy purchase and went as far as the ‘Enter Your Credit Card Details’ part of the process, then canceled it, just in case. Seems to be a legitimate deal. If you’re brave enough to give it a go, do let us know.

  1. I ordered a Desire from somewhere but after missing the delivery date the shop kept A) putting their asking price up and B) telling me that their stock was delayed etc etc until eventually I cancelled my order. So maybe its a similar trick where they secure an order with an asking price they cannot actually fulfill, keep delaying the order fulfillment until the wholesale price falls, and then fullfill the order late.

  2. That is the current price excluding VAT. Great price if you live outside the UK. You can find it at more reliable sites too for the same price. Google it.

  3. Here’s a quote from their T&Cs:
“7.1. Unless we indicate otherwise, all prices stated include VAT and delivery within the United Kingdom (excluding Eire). ”

So COULD be a bargain, but yes, the numbers are too obviously ex-vat for it to be a coincidence…

“All Errors and Omissions are accepted. ” err, including that one? Should read excepted…

  4. I indeed did order this phone at this price and it came as advertised. Unfortunately, unknown to the company itself, they have been sent a batch of these phones which are not unlocked. Quite annoying; I have the phone at a great price and it’s not unlocked so I can’t use it.

The company apologised and have asked me to return the phone and proof of costs of postage (for returning it) for a full refund. They do not know when they are getting a new, unlocked batch in. By the way, if you buy the phone using QuidCo, you also get 10% cash back.

  5. Bloody hell, thanks Colin.

  6. Just an update guys, I got my “locked” Samsung Galaxy unlocked yesterday (the entire batch is locked to Orange). Works like a charm – enjoy!

    • Hi Colin, you say you got your phone unlocked. We have just got the Samsung Galaxy S GT i19000 here in Canada and we are having a difficult time getting unlocking info. I am heading to the UK in a week, what do you think my chances are of getting it unlocked there?
