The official German O2 Twitter account is claiming that the US Motorola DROID Android 2.2 update will make it to Europe – and has said FroYo will arrive in mid/late September for the renamed Motorola MILESTONE.
Here’s the announcement. It’s in German, but this is an easy one to get the general meaning of without resorting to internet translation services:
So that’s also mid/end of August for FroYo on the HTC Desire via O2 as well. Thanks, useful Germans! You can’t get much more HOT INFORMATION into 140 characters than that.
