The phone’s not out yet, but somehow the software that will power the HTC Desire HD has arrived on the internet, allowing clever people to get it running – and take a lot of screenshots.
What we see is the redesigned HTC Sense user interface, which comes with more customisation options in the form of preset “skins” including a weird wood-effect surround for your dialer dock.
HTC’s also incorporated an e-reader into its new Sense, plus you’re now prompted to create a separate HTC Sense user account for future HTC syncing and no doubt shopping activities. Loads more screens of the HTC Desire HD’s super-skinned OS can be found over at Android Spin.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
