We have another weird promotional tie-up from Samsung today, this time via a deal with fashion giant Giorgio Armani. The unique selling point here is a standard Samsung Galaxy S with a redesigned back cover and the words “Giorgio Armani” stamped on the front of it.
For loads more money than usual, too – 700 euros, or about £600.
The limited edition Galaxy S will launch exclusively in Armani boutiques around Europe, Russia and select parts of Asia from December. We don’t expect anyone to appear in the comments with a review on this occasion. Link via Into Mobile.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.

/ November 16, 2010… This is just the Samsung Captivate with Giorgio Armani written on it instead of AT&T, and nearly double the price. It’s $500/£313 from AT&T.
