A very interesting bit of trademark digging has revealed the name “HTC Sensation” – which HTC has applied to trademark as “user interface software” that also provides “telecommunications services” for all sorts of mobile devices.
Which could mean it’s either the next evolution of HTC Sense, or an all-new version of the user interface for use on future tablet devices from HTC. Here’s the filing:
It might be a bit of a shame to add a custom skin to Android 3.0 seeing as it looks so very nice, but then again with the UNSTOPPABLE FLOOD of Android tablets set to arrive this year, perhaps a bit of differentiation will do HTC good? Link via Electronista.
