Android-based blog Phandroid has been sent a photo of an unannounced future LG Android phone, which appears to feature an absolutely enormous screen that’s surely well over the 4″ mark and into HTC Desire HD territory.
The site claims this is or will soon be known as the “LG Optimus 3D”, although no official name was provided by its tipster.
It’s powered by an unnamed dual-core processor and comes with a font-facing camera. This might just be the year LG pulls it off.
£30? For a phone case? It had better be good.

A slim and glamorous phone from Sony Ericsson, with the sharpest display around. It’s no powerhouse and the screen’s not the biggest out there, but we don’t mind. Because it’s cute.
LG’s first glasses-free 3D phone is a heavy, fat monster, with a clever 3D effect that works rather well. As a smartphone, though, it’s heavy and underwhelming.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
