The Android Developers portal has once again updated its Platform Versions chart, giving us our regular look into the current breakdown of Android versions currently in use out there in the wild.
When we last updated these figures back in February, Android 2.2 was on 57% of Android telephones. It’s now up to 61%. That’s a fact. Here’s a green graph.
The other Android versions are slowly getting wiped from history. And Android 2.3 isn’t really “out there” in any significant numbers yet.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
