Android Seesmic updated with Home screen shortcuts and much, much more

The rather lovely Seesmic Android app has been updated BIG TIME today, with a sprawling list of new features outlined over on the app’s official blog. There’s a video of how shortcuts work on YouTube, plus we also get better Facebook Page management tools, spam filtering, and a new look for those lucky enough to be using an Android 3.0 tablet.

Loads of stuff. Here are but two of the new things:

Very nice app. Feel a bit bad for abandoning it in favour of Tweetdeck, but it’s a CUT-THROAT world out there in Android twitter land. Check it out on the Android Market.

Used to love Seesmic, but you cannot install it on the SD card (unlike Twidroyd) and I was getting short of internal memory.. so had to ditch Seesmic in the end.. When I scrap my HTC Desire later this year for something that actually has a decent amount of internal storage, I may well go back to using this as my default twitter app
