Online retailer Clove has lopped a big chunk off the RRP of Sony Ericsson’s Xperia PLAY, with the gaming-themed Android “PlayStation phone” now available for £418.
That’s a pretty sizeable discount to the usual £489 or thereabouts price tag the PLAY has managed to maintain since launch at the beginning of April. We hope all is well with Sony Ericsson’s gaming ambitions.
The price seems to magically increase to £427 once delivery has been taken into account when you tease them by pretending to check out, but even so.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
