Top mobile developer Kairosoft, which had one of last year’s most popular Android and iPhone gaming titles in Game Dev Story, has tweaked the game’s basics and released it on Android as Grand Prix Story.
It’s the exact same thing as Game Dev, only instead of making video games you take on the role of Grand Prix racing team overlord, trying to develop a winning car and keeping the egos of the best drivers in check.
So if you’re still a bit excited about Jenson Button’s amazing work behind the wheel yesterday, this will help ease the comedown. It’s a paid game, costing around £3 when converted from the maker’s Japanese price tag.
Also, if you’ve not tried the Kairosoft way of games before, there’s a Lite (free) version of Game Dev Story out now, which you can try on the Android Market without risking actual money on a thing you may not like.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
