The long-delayed Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo looks like it might actually hit the shops over the next month or two, with numerous retailers listing the new Android 2.3 phone for pre-order this week and claiming it’ll start to arrive in July.
Most interesting of the lot is Vodafone which, as it did with the Red HTC Desire S, has done a deal with Sony Ericsson to sell a red version of the phone direct through its site. And this is what it looks like. You might be able to imagine it:
Not just an alternate back cover, either. Nice. Check out the Red Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo over on Vodafone’s site. There’s no launch date attached to it as yet.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
