Vodafone UK has uploaded a teaser video regarding the HTC EVO 3D, the exciting new dual-core Android 2.3 phone announced by HTC this morning. The network has also put up a holding page for the phone on its online shop, so if you’re impressed by HTC’s rather chunky new 3D phone you can register your interest.
Here’s a brief look at some of the EVO 3D’s features, courtesy of Vodafone:
Controversial pronunciation of the letter “H” from Heidi, there…

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.

/ June 27, 2011It’s basically a Sensation with added 3D gimmick and extra weight. No thanks. Not really worthy of flagship status.
Is this the last of the big hitters for HTC this year? Is there anything else coming out that beats the Sensation specs wise?

/ June 27, 2011Agree, haven’t heard anything else regarding high end HTC phones this year. Maybe they’ll release something in time for the holiday season.

/ June 27, 2011i beleive so, HTC may bring some phones out in september time but i doubt there will be any upgrades on the dual core, or 1gig of ram that they bring out.
MIght have a better camera of summin.
The next big thing for phones will be the quad core chips that come out most likely early 2012, though some people are adament that there coming out before christmas, my opinion is that its coming 2012.

/ June 27, 2011Yes, there’s bound to be a similar Desire HD/Z September/October launch like last year. Just something a little different to keep the shelves fresh.

/ June 27, 2011How predictable of HTC.
HTC Sensation HD? HTC Sensation S? How innovative!

/ June 28, 2011Hmmm, You dont have to re invent the wheel every time you release a product though.
You only have to look at apple for that, for 3 years they kept the same design, then the iphone 4 was hardly the most innovative thing theyve come up with.

/ June 27, 2011I’m guessing they’ll add NFC and a few other little things, maybe a kickstand?

/ June 28, 2011LOL! From the place where I’m standing Heidi’s pronunciation goes like: “With the new _Hate_TC you can release your inner James Cameroon as you _shit_ 3D movies in HD”. Yup. That’s the stuff we all surely want. :D
