The new official Texas Instruments Android app is a rather serious, workmanlike offering, giving those who work with Texas Instruments equipment on a daily basis complete access to the TI parts database and all its in-depth technical information.
The app lets you “learn about TI parts” and then “share their information with your colleagues” should you happen to work with people who are equally interested in the Texas Instruments parts database.
One of the Android Market comments is very complimentary of it, saying “Now the field people can quickly pull a block diagram or discuss the features with customers”. A real life-saver.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
