Samsung has released a very cheerful video trailer for its upcoming ChatON service, which will bring enhanced instant messaging to Android, iOS, Bada and even all those billions of pre-smartphone-era “feature phones” still out there.
Promising a “global” communications service, ChatON will arrive in 120 countries next month. Here’s me (left), trying it out with a couple of my platonic friends:
The introduction video has excellent music and goes far beyond the usual corporate productions, illustrating the new “AMS” (Animation Message Service) animated message tool Samsung has invented and much more.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
