The Android 3.1 tablet which the US refers to as the Toshiba Thrive will soon be available in the UK, with Toshiba opting to launch it here under the boring old model name of Toshiba AT100.
The Tegra 2 powered tablet features a 10.1″ screen running at 1280×800 resolution, a full size HDMI port, two USB connectors, dual front and rear cameras and a claimed seven-hour battery life. It’s a chunky thing:
The full tech spec is available over at Toshiba UK which now features a listing for a version of the AT100 tablet with 16GB of onboard memory. We tried to copy & paste it, but the formatting was a right mess.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.
