According to Adobe, the latest version of Flash Player 11 that’s on the Android Market ought to work with the Galaxy Nexus. There’s only the one brief addition to the changelog of the latest 11.1.112.60 release, which states:
ICS (IceCream Sandwich) support for Android Flash Player
Which is pretty self explanatory. So that’s one of the very, very few minuscule complaints we had with the amazing phone eradicated.
Although we can’t see there’s really much need to install Flash Player, not unless you’re a particular fan of rich media animating adverts.

INQ’s Android phone is an interesting “boutique” piece of hardware, packed with unique interface customisations that go far beyond the headline Facebook integration. We like it a lot.

/ December 16, 2011Another 25 words: all the cr@ppy instant website maker things that insist on using Flash for some insane inane reason even though it’s official dead-end tech now.

/ December 16, 2011True but that still doesn’t change the fact that you need a flash player to access that content.

/ December 16, 2011Indeed. The worrying thing is a lot of people I know who use these accursed things believe they are “web designers” …. aaargh!

/ December 16, 2011I love flash more than I love ice cream sandwich…flash is a necessity to provide me with a full web experience. I use it all the time and will be pissed off once it gets killed
